Functional use:

1. Using touch screen + PLC control system, original genuine electrical parts assembly production;
2. The equipment can put multiple tin paste or silver glue / glue at the same time (the quantity of product return temperature can be customized according to the requirements); each return temperature tank is controlled separately, or grouped first in first out;
3. The return temperature tank has a self-locking mechanism, and the temperature return time cannot be removed in normal operation (in special cases, the product can be removed by manual operation);
4. Network with MES, upload the operation time and status information of the slot after the temperature return, to view the real-time status and history record of the device through the MES, and facilitate the temperature status information query of tin paste / silver glue / glue in the later period;
5. Select the preset silver paste model (with letters, numbers, "-") on the equipment, the equipment automatically opens the return tank and prompts which station to return the temperature, the station to return the temperature according to the preset temperature return program of silver glue model;
6. After the temperature return is completed, the equipment prompts the temperature return to complete the alarm (buzzer start, indicator light flashing), removes the return tank self-locking, and prompts the product;
7. With 2D code printing function, the QR code and information are printed after the completion of the temperature return. The printing content includes: the material model of the temperature return, the machine number, the start time of the temperature return, the temperature return end time and the material return temperature expiration time, and the silver paste model and the machine number information used are obtained from MES;
8. Reasonable structure, simple operation, flexible and convenient maintenance;
